Permitted website use
You may view this public website and share links to it for personal, informational, and noncommercial purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the site or game assets without prior written permission from Furnace Street Studio LLC, except where applicable law permits it.

Apple App Store use — summary
This is a convenience summary, not a replacement for Apple’s current terms or the license displayed with the game.
- License, not sale. An App Store download generally grants a limited, non-transferable personal license under Apple’s Usage Rules; ownership of the game and its content remains with Furnace Street Studio LLC.
- Apple devices and accounts. Use is generally tied to Apple-branded products you own or control and may include Apple-supported Family Sharing or other account-based sharing where allowed.
- No unauthorized exploitation. Copying, reverse engineering, redistributing, renting, sublicensing, or commercially exploiting the game is prohibited except where applicable law expressly allows it.
- Store payments and refunds. Purchases made through the App Store are processed under Apple’s store terms. Available refunds, billing support, and purchase restoration are governed by Apple and applicable law.
- Accurate listing and safe operation. App Store screenshots and descriptions must reflect the real game; the app must be complete, functional, appropriately rated, and supported with current contact information.
- Digital purchases. Digital features or content sold inside the iOS/iPadOS game must use Apple’s permitted in-app-purchase mechanisms unless a specific rule or entitlement says otherwise. Paid randomized virtual items must disclose their odds before purchase.
- Apple is not the developer. Furnace Street Studio LLC remains responsible for the game, support, warranties that cannot legally be disclaimed, and third-party claims, subject to the final license terms.
